TEAM LEADERS

This is a working supervisory position, not an office job, reporting directly to our Operations Manager. Each Team Leader is personally responsible and accountable for the performance of their team.

Ability to assign tasks, follow-up, and provide feedback
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite and other software
Ability to trouble-shoot problems
Ability to achieve performance targets

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Receive customer orders via fax or email and quickly and accurately enter orders into our warehouse management system. Field and resolve customer telephone and email enquires regarding orders, products, and deliveries.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to data entry quickly and accurately
Ability to concentrate over extended periods of time
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite and other software
Excellent telephone manner


WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

Unload delivery vehicles. Carefully inspect and count incoming merchandise and put-away into warehouse locations ensuring appropriate stock rotation. Follow system generated instructions to pick, check and package customer orders. Weigh and measure (cube) customer orders and operate software to create individual consignment and delivery notes. This task also incorporates completing cycle counting, replenishment orders, and general housekeeping duties.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to walk quickly
Ability to operate manual handling equipment
Ability to operate electric reach trucks (license required)
Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to detail

Prior experience in these fields is essential and you will need to be able to demonstrate a relevant and stable employment history. To be considered, you must provide a police clearance certificate and a minimum of two recent work related referees whom we can speak to.
