PERSONAL QUALITIES REQUIRED

Customer Services

This role involves fielding and resolving customer telephone and email enquires regarding orders, products and deliveries.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Ability to data entry quickly and accurately

Ability to concentrate over extended periods of time

Ability to use Microsoft Office and other programs

Excellent telephone manner

Warehouse Operation

This role involves unloading delivery vehicles, checking and count incoming merchandise and putting away to warehouse locations ensuring proper stock rotation. Follow system generated instructions to pick, check and package customer orders. Weigh and measure (cube) customer orders and operate software to create individual consignment and delivery notes. This task also incorporates completing cycle counting, replenishment orders, and general housekeeping duties.
